RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

 

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this 14-day period by contacting us via:

 

You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, with any tags or seals intact.

  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are:

  • Not returned in their original condition

  • Returned after the return period has expired

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if you return a faulty item within 30 days.

  

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.  We aim to make the refund within 14 days.

  • We may make deductions for loss in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

 

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
